I ensure my home buyers & sellers have the resources they need to make educated decisions.
After working two years in the industry, I realized I not only had the skillset to succeed - I had a purpose I felt called to pursue. For decades, bad actors have plagued this industry, and my mission is to lead by example, raising the bar for morals and service quality. Because real estate isn’t just about transactions - it’s about guiding people through one of the biggest, most emotional decisions of their lives. It’s about helping them find not just a home, but a life they’re truly excited to wake up to.
This isn’t just real estate - it’s real life. It’s divorce, new beginnings, growing families, hard goodbyes, wild dreams, and everything in between. Every move has a story - a who, what, where, when, and why. And to me, getting to know your story isn’t just a privilege - it’s essential to guiding you toward the home and lifestyle you’ve dreamed of.
In real estate, there’s often a choice between what’s right for the client and what’s convenient for the agent. For me, there is no choice - your best interest comes first, always. I’ve built my life and reputation on doing the right thing, even when it’s inconvenient. As my client, you can expect honesty, transparency, and unwavering loyalty - not because I’m supposed to, but because it’s the only way I know how to work.
Real estate isn’t one-size-fits-all and my job is to meet you where you’re at. Some clients are ready to move now and need my full attention every day. Others are just starting to explore and want to keep things low-commitment. If my pace doesn’t match yours, the service feels off - too much and it’s overwhelming, too little and it’s frustrating. My job is to match your urgency, communication style, and level of involvement so the process feels comfortable, efficient, and right for you.
I believe good agents adapt - great ones evolve. I don’t guess what people want - I ask, listen, and build a feedback loop around it. Through honest conversations and ongoing market research, I refine my services to solve real problems and deliver real value. There’s no greater privilege than earning someone’s trust - and I treat that trust as the fuel that drives me to show up sharper, stronger, and more valuable with every interaction.

My parents moved our family to Port Carling when I was a little boy, and I’ve called Muskoka home ever since - over 25 years. This deep local knowledge helps me guide clients not just to the right property, but to the right community and lifestyle.

Growing up in Port Carling, a one-time town of under 400 people, I beat the odds to be drafted to the OHL and played full-time hockey as far as Jr. ‘A’. I wasn't a gifted player, but I learned that hard work beats talent when talent doesn't work hard. I proved to myself that great success can be earned by proactively outworking the rest and I'm excited to apply this to real estate.

While studying for my B. Comm in Finance at uOttawa, I built a mobile car detailing business in Muskoka from scratch. Winning a start-up grant from the Muskoka Small Business Centre and serving hundreds of customers taught me customer service, relationship building, and effective marketing strategy.

Before being headhunted to work for Cayman Marshall, I was on track to achieve my Canadian Residential Appraiser (CRA) designation. I worked a short time for Wayne Kitchen Appraisals gaining hands-on experience in property valuation across Muskoka. My time as an appraisal student provided an incredible foundation for assessing your home's value as a REALTOR®.

While leading the media division for Cayman Marshall Luxury Realty, I collaborated with small businesses across Muskoka and the GTA, and ran their luxury real estate magazine. That role sharpened my marketing skills - from app development and brand positioning to storytelling - all pertinent skills to present client properties at their best.

In 2022, my partner and I bought our home in Bracebridge and took on a full renovation. We transformed it, inside and out, into a space we’re proud to share. This experience gave me a practical, behind-the-walls (and landscape) understanding of not just what a home is today, but with some work, what it could be tomorrow. See the full project below.
